1. Can you introduce yourself and www.21golfrange.com?

My name is Eric Kim and I am the owner of 21 Golf Range in Palisades Park, New Jersey. 21 Golf is a modern golf facility in Northern New Jersey, less than 10 minutes from the George Washington Bridge in NYC, and we've been named a Top 50 Golf Range by GRAA since we've opened in 2012. We have a fully built in auto-tee system and recently added Toptracer (TopGolf) Technology in all 54 Heated/Covered Driving Range Booths. In addition, we have 3 Large Luxury Private Golfzon Simulator Rooms that fit 6 people comfortably. We've recently renovated and expanded our Golf Proshop and we also have 6 amazing instructors that give lessons for every level golfer.

2. How was www.21golfrange.com born? How did you start?

My father built and started 21 Golf Range in 2012, making this year (2022) our 10th anniversary. His vision came about through his passion for the game of golf and his realization that golf ranges in America, for some reason, lack the high-end features that are available at golf ranges all across South Korea and Japan. This is the primary reason why he built a modern-style golf range with a fully built in auto-tee system, eliminating the need to carry heavy buckets of balls, while also focusing on cleanliness and comfortability for women and children. After his passing, we've kept his vision, and added many more features such as Toptracer (TopGolf) Technology and Golfzon Simulators.

3. What makes www.21golfrange.com different? Can you explain your products with details?

21 Golf Range is the only golf range in the country that is fully equipped with an Auto-tee system and Toptracer Tracking and Entertainment Technology. We've been advertising as a "TopGolf Style" local golf range that focuses more on golf practice, than entertainment. Not only can our customers see the distances of each shot, they can also save their swing data via the Toptracer range app, play games against each other, and even play 18 holes on the golf range, just like virtual golf. We truly believe that adding Toptracer, separates us from any traditional golf range and even TopGolf, since we are able to offer the same technology, for half the price. We've also recently added Golfzon Simulators to 3 of our luxury screen golf rooms, that can fit up to 6 people. Golfzon Simulators has been named the #1 Simulator by Golf Digest for the last 6 years, due to its accuracy and hydraulic moving platforms.

4. What reactions do you get from your clients? Do they love your products?

Not only did we add the best golf technology, we've also added new dividers, that promotes privacy and focus for the game of golf. Since we've added these new features and also focus on cleanliness of our facility, we've noticed a huge jump in women and children golfers. 99% of our customers love Toptracer, as they believe that it brings purpose and fun to golf practice. Instead of wacking a bucket of balls, our customers enjoy analyzing their shot data, and also have seen much quicker improvement to their game. Since adding Toptracer Technology, we've seen a 20% increase in the number of customers who come to our golf range. We believe that the game of golf needs to improve with technology, and these features are a great step in achieving that goal.

5. What are the advantages of www.21golfrange.com?

Toptracer technology allows our customers to improve their game at a much faster rate than they have been, allowing them to save both money and time. Our auto-tee system allows customers to hit unlimited balls for the amount of time they choose, which also saves them money. On average, our customers hit 200 balls in 1 hour and 110 balls in 30 minutes, which is even cheaper than a run-down traditional golf range. Since there are no more buckets, customers can use that saved energy to focus on their game, instead of bending down to tee up each and every ball. Other advantages of 21 Golf include a clean, modern facility to attract newer golfers, especially women and children, and also on customer service, to promote the respectfulness of the game of golf. We want everyone to learn this beautiful sport, so want to make the game of golf as fun and affordable as possible.
