A timer that doesn't appear has a specific reason - it's never random. Work through this checklist in order; most issues are resolved by step 2 or 3.

1. Open incognito window and test
If the timer appears in incognito but not your normal browser: your session has already received an offer (Offer Fatigue Prevention) or a browser extension is blocking the script.
2. Check campaign status
Log into your timer app. Confirm the campaign is "Active" - not "Draft," "Paused," or "Scheduled." Check if a schedule end date has already passed.
3. Verify page targeting
Check the URL targeting rules. Does your current page URL exactly match the pattern? Common mistake: targeting /products/* but testing on /collections/all. Also confirm you're not on an excluded page (checkout, account).
4. Verify trigger condition
If using exit-intent: move your mouse toward the top of the browser window (mimicking closing the tab). If using scroll trigger: scroll 70% down. If using time delay: wait the configured number of seconds without clicking away.
5. Check browser console for errors
F12 > Console tab. A red JavaScript error from your timer app's script will prevent the timer from rendering. Note the exact error message and search for it in your app's documentation or support resources.
6. Confirm script is installed
