What we do
A blanket discount gives the same code to everyone. Many of those shoppers were going to buy anyway, so the discount comes straight out of your margin.
Your visitors are not all the same. Dedicated Buyers came to buy and will pay full price. Walk-Away Customers like what they see, but they are about to leave without buying.
Growth Suite reads how each visitor behaves and steps in only when someone is about to leave. That visitor gets one offer with a unique code and a real deadline. Dedicated Buyers never see it, so they keep paying full price.
Why we built it
Muhammed Tüfekyapan has worked on data, analytics and growth since 2010. In 2016 he founded a growth agency that helped large e-commerce brands in Türkiye raise their conversion rates. The agency ran more than 1,000 A/B tests, most of them on mobile.
Those tests kept showing the same thing. Changing how real customers behave is much harder than changing a design. Design changes moved the numbers only a little, and it was often unclear whether the difference was statistically significant.
Offer tests were different. Every time the team tested an offer, the change showed up clearly in both sales and conversion rate. So in 2019 Muhammed decided to build an app that makes offers, only for Shopify stores. Growth Suite went live on the Shopify App Store on November 30, 2020.
