KS.LIFE, formerly known as Kah Soon Textiles, was founded by Mr Kah Soon in 1983. Having worked in a small textile store with his brother in the 1970s, he developed the drive, experience, and knowledge which contributed to the early success of his store. However, the growing fast fashion industry in the 1990s soon started to turn people away from tailored clothing. Thus, Mr Kah Soon decided to pivot away from just selling textiles and ventured into home furnishings and basic living products such as ready-made curtains, home decor, beddings and towels. He had a vision to bring beauty and artistry into Singapore homes - one that still lives at the heart of KS.LIFE today.
